M. D. Anderson Cancer Center's Integrative Medicine Program Lecture Teleconference
The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center's Integrative Medicine
Program is now offering the opportunity to have their Integrative Medicine
Program Lecture Series teleconferenced to other institutions. The series takes
place each third Thursday of the month (except December and August)
from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
National and international speakers are carefully screened and recruited to
present evidence-based research on CAM with a focus on cancer.

Complementary and Alternative Medicine Online Continuing Education Series
The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) at
the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is offering a new online Continuing
Education Series on complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).
This CME series is free.
The Continuing Education Series is presented in seven chapters:
1. Overview of Complementary and Alternative Medicine
2. Herbs and Other Dietary Supplements
3. Mind-Body Medicine
4. Acupuncture: An Evidence-Based Assessment
5. Manipulative and Body-Based Therapies: Chiropractic and Spinal Manipulation
